§4 Account agreements
- I. By concluding the license agreement (§1, II) the user receives an account and can change his account details at any time using the options offered to him.
- II. Each user can have up to 3 accounts per world / instance, with the exception of "sabotage players". "Sabotage players" may only have a single account.
- a. If more than one account is used, the additional account must be reported to support.
- b. If additional accounts have not been reported, the operator or game master can block all accounts at any time.
- III. 3 accounts are permitted per IP address. In this case, registration with support is required.
- IV. It is prohibited to use proxies to conceal your own IP address with the aim of operating unregistered multiple accounts.
- V. The user undertakes to keep login data for the account secret.
- VI. If the operator becomes aware that the account is being used without authorization by third parties, the operator or the game master can block the account at any time to prevent misuse.
- VII. It is not permitted to use another player's account.
- VIII. If no login is made for 12 months, the account is considered inactive.
- IX. If no email validation is made 6 weeks after registration, the account is considered inactive.
- X. Inactive accounts can be deleted by the operator. A license agreement then expires.
Multiaccounts
- Multiaccounts MUST BE REGISTERED before registration!!!
- The new account may only be registered once a game master has given the go-ahead.
- The terms and conditions are the valid document for registering an account with OI.
- This is an internal rule that is intended to prevent discussions and protect against misuse.
- If support finds accounts that have not been approved (missing profile entry) during irregular checks, they will be blocked immediately without warning. Then you have to write to support and wait.
- This means long waiting times for you and possible loss of earnings for your company or corporation.
Register with support
- Create a ticket with support at http://bitcomposer.supportsystem.com/ (Create new ticket)
- Please inform support, stating your account details (UID), that a second account should be registered, who will be playing this account and, if applicable, the nickname that should be registered.
- Wait for support's response before you do anything.
- Once we have approved the registration, you can register the desired account.
- Please report to support again that the registration was successful so that we can also make an entry in the profile for this account.
Additional agreement
- Multi-accounts may only be used as business players. Any sabotage activities are prohibited.
- Multi-accounts may only be the first chairman in a maximum of one corporation.
- Multi-accounts may not be the 2nd chairman of any other corporation.
If these agreements are violated, the 2nd/3rd accounts will be blocked without warning. If there are gold bars on the blocked accounts, support will transfer them to the main account.
Multi-account owners are no longer allowed to bid on corporations if such an action is carried out again.
