Oilfield overview

The oil field is your main source of income in the Oil Empire. From your oil field you can carry out sabotage and espionage, trade in stocks and carry out many other actions. The main task, however, is the extraction and refining of crude oil and the production of equipment.

Oilfieldoverview

The overview gives you an overview of the condition and production class (A-C) of the equipment, the daily production capacity, daily costs, and the service life of your equipment. An oil field has a total of 5 wells. The production capacity of the entire oil field can be seen from the Expertise, which is the prerequisite for acquiring an oil field!

If a well is not producing (which is then noted in red in the overview), it can be re-drilled by clicking on the oil pump button. Burning equipment is also extinguished in the overview by clicking on the fire extinguisher button... Equipment in the warehouse can be exchanged here... To do this, click on the change button... To maintain your equipment, simply click on the repair button... If all of the field's equipment needs to be maintained, click on the lower green button (actions for the entire oil field)...

Sources - In the "Sources" category, you have a detailed overview of the equipment class, production/production rate, and the finances of all oil fields or oil sources.

Tanks - In the "Tanks" category, the capacity, fill level, and operating costs are displayed. Here, too, you have an overview of the tanks in all fields.

Contracts - In the Contracts category, contract offers, concluded contracts, and completed contracts are displayed.

Note: In supply contracts, the required crude oil is not taken from the tanks evenly, but in sequence (tank by tank). Therefore, after the contract has been fulfilled, it can happen that some tanks are empty, while others are full. As it is not possible to transfer the oil to other tanks, it is recommended to pump the oil into the refinery (here too, tank by tank is emptied) and convert it there, or to sell the crude oil as quickly as possible to prevent the tanks from overflowing.

Home field

The home field is the oil field that you were assigned at the start of the game.
The production volume of the home field is the same for all players and is 300,000 bbl/month!

The home field is the only field that is shown to your opponents in your profile.

== Production capacity / repair of equipment == It is a good idea to maintain your equipment regularly, as the production capacity continuously decreases as the condition of the equipment deteriorates. The production quantity shown in the oil field overview has nothing in common with the actual production quantity. The actual production quantity is calculated from the condition of the drilling rig and the condition of the pipeline.

Example: Output: 10,000 bbl. / day Drilling rig: 60% Pipeline: 45% Real output = ( 60 / 100 + 45 / 100 ) / 2 = 0.525 (52.5%) = 5250 bbl. / day

However, the oil field overview would show 10,000 / 10,000 bbl.

Springs dry up

After about 1 month, the springs dry up and have to be drilled again in order to be able to produce oil again. In the case of an oil well, it is possible to drill three new holes before the spring dries up completely and lies idle for a period of about 2-4 weeks. If this happens (all 5 sources of the field must have dried up), you will receive a notification (This oil field has been completely exhausted since "date"... etc.).

You now have the option of selling the field by pressing the "Sell field" button. You can now purchase a new oil field via the world map.
You can continue to use the field for sabotage, espionage or the production of raw materials as well as equipment.

Attention

Selling a field should be well thought out, because a new field costs a lot of money and all the buildings have to be rebuilt.
Selling off can make sense if the production capacity of a new field is significantly higher, and if a field is particularly frequently visited by saboteurs, a change can also make sense.

Notes

The maximum production capacity of a field is 360,000 barrels.

If you want to know the production capacity of a single source in advance, multiply the production capacity of the field by 1/6.
Buying several reports for comparison makes sense, as you usually want to use a field for a long time.

Oil field optimizer

The oil field optimizer is a premium feature and can only be activated using gold bars. A special measuring sensor determines the current pressure within the borehole and actively intervenes in the pressure-production distribution. The result of the adjustment is an improved use of the geologically dependent production pressure.

Oil well scanner

Without the use of the latest technologies, the search for valuable crude oil becomes a pure game of chance. With the help of the oil well scanner you can find out at any time how lucrative your oil wells currently are and what production volumes you can expect.

Notes: Oil well scanner must be booked individually for each well.; 1 GB is due for each scanning process.

The costs for acquiring a new field increase with the number. You must keep an eye on your company value, otherwise you will not be able to acquire new oil fields.

With the purchase of the 22nd field you have reached the maximum number of oil fields, but the [[Premium feature oil field purchase allows you to purchase additional fields.

You can purchase a maximum of 50 additional gold bar fields. You can therefore own a maximum of 72 fields in total. A gold bar field has a production capacity of 500,000 barrels and significantly increases the value of your company! Attention: The wealth increases significantly with the acquisition of a gold bar field. Pay attention to the rank limits in relation to sabotage!
