Important information
A corporation can only act if it has at least 5 members!!! The entry fee for applicants is set by the chairman... The minimum is $10 million... The monthly fee for corporation members is freely selectable... It should be noted that the corporation building/personnel and taxes are financed from the corporation's assets!!! If a member leaves the corporation, they will be banned from the corporation for 2 weeks!!! During this ban period, the user cannot be accepted into an existing corporation, nor can a new corporation be founded!!! A corporation cannot be dissolved!!! In order to be able to leave, at least 1 other member must be in the corporation!!!
Founding a corporation
A corporation can be founded by any user with the rank of "Employee" or higher (see also Rankings_(Ranking))... A one-time payment of $50 million is required for the founding, of which $10 million (in the form of shares) flows into the corporation's assets as start-up capital... The founder of the corporation is automatically also the chairman of the corporation... The chairman can set the entry fee (at least $10 million and a maximum of $2.147 billion), the dividend, and the monthly fee (freely selectable) for other corporation members...
Applying to a corporation
In the corporation overview, you can apply to existing corporations... If the application is accepted, you can join the corporation by paying the admission fee... The admission fee to be paid must be available on the Homefield of your own company be!!!
Joining a group
After a successful application, you can join an existing group... When joining the group, a one-time entry fee (which was set by the chairman) is due... The entry fee is added to the group's assets in the form of shares...
Membership fee / membership contribution
The membership fee, which the chairman has set, is automatically transferred from the member's account to the group's account at the end of each calendar month. The membership fee can be set between $10,000,000 and $100,000,000.
Notes: The membership contribution is always collected on the first of the month from a any field.
Group merger
The Group merger feature offers the possibility of merging two or more groups.

Dividend
The dividend can be set in the settings when the group is founded.
It can be selected from 1 to 100 and is given in $/share.
The dividend can be adjusted upwards as often as you like, but only downwards once a month!!!
The dividend gives the shareholders of freely tradable shares a share in the profit/loss of a group in the month.
The dividend is also paid out to the owners of the "common shares".
The dividend is paid out automatically from the group account to the shareholders' accounts on the first day of the following calendar month.
The payout amount for the group is displayed on the main group page. It should always be ensured that the group can also make the payment.
The share capital of the group can be viewed by every member on the main group page and represents the so-called "intrinsic value" of the group.
The amount of the share capital influences:
- the current tax burden of the group
- the amount of additional special issues (share trading)
- the general group value (current value for calculating the share price)
The share capital can be increased by:
- Accepting members, $10,000,000 to $250,000,000 each (can be set by the group owner)
- Increasing by purchasing gold bars, purchase / increasing possible by every member
- The prerequisite is the purchase of at least 20 GB (premium user)
Ordinary shares, also known as "common shares", are not issued on the stock market.
They remain in the group's possession and are inviolable and not tradable on the market.
When a group is founded, the founder (group owner or 1st chairman) receives 500,000 ordinary shares in his group.
For each additional member, the founder receives 500,000 ordinary shares and the new member receives a further 500,000 ordinary shares.
If a member leaves the group or is removed from the group by the chairman, the member's ordinary shares are temporarily transferred to the group and are immediately split equally among all members.
Note: # The contract must be fulfilled after acceptance within the specified delivery time and on all subsequent days! # A delivery break is not possible! # No contract acceptance within one hour of the earliest possible delivery date!
No new contracts may be accepted within one hour of the delivery date, as these are immediately marked as canceled and the penalty is deducted. This is not a bug, but is due to the conception of the game.
- No contract acceptance between 9:35 a.m. and 10:36 a.m. and between 8:15 p.m. and 9:16 p.m.
- No contract acceptance between 1:45 p.m. and 2:46 p.m.
Contract delivery
In contrast to the player contracts, the group contracts are not delivered automatically, but the group chairman and/or group board must manually deliver the contract by calling (File:Deliver.jpg). A 4-hour delivery period applies until the delivery date. The respective delivery must be made within a time window of 4 hours.
- If the date is set for 1:45 p.m., delivery can take place at 9:45 a.m. at the earliest.
- If the date is set for 8:15 p.m., delivery can take place at 4:15 p.m. at the earliest.
If the timing is correct, the following image appears:

When you confirm the delivery, you will receive a message with the amount of money that will be transferred:

If you have done everything correctly, a message like this will appear when the entire contract is fulfilled:

A contract always remains in the list for 2 days after expiration, non-fulfillment, fulfillment and is automatically deleted.
There can be up to 10 contracts in the list.
2 contracts are always delivered per day, unless the list already contains 10 entries. In this case, the list is always replenished with automatic deletion.
(If a contract is deleted, a new offer will be made the following day, etc.)
A contract can only be deleted before the contract is accepted.
Payment:
The payment for the partial delivery is made immediately upon delivery and is also immediately credited to the group account.
Contractual penalty
In the event of non-fulfillment, the contractual penalty for the entire contract is deducted from the group account immediately after a delivery is missed. Previous payments for partial deliveries already made remain. If the group account is not covered, the following applies:
- Group account balance -1$ to -300 million $ - Owner and board of directors are given 5 days to balance the account without restrictions
- Group account balance > 300 million $ and/or no balance after 5 days -> immediate collection of the outstanding capital from the owner and board of directors in equal parts and complete reset of the group valuation
- Amount of the contractual penalty
In the event of non-fulfillment of a contract, a contractual penalty is due. The initial penalty interest on the contract volume is 28% and decreases with each partial delivery that is fulfilled. The longer a contract runs and the more often deliveries are made, the lower the penalty interest. With each delivery, the penalty interest decreases by 0.5%.
- Penalty = (contract volume + (contract volume * penalty interest) - delivery)
- Penalty interest = (28% - (maximum number of deliveries (28) - (number of deliveries made / 2)))
Bonus:
Depending on the value of a contract, i.e. the term, most wholesalers pay an additional bonus when the contract is fulfilled. This bonus ranges between 0.5% and 7% of the total contract volume. (Note: lower-value equipment reduces the bonus) The more board members have the luxury goods LG7, the higher the bonus.
- The amount of the bonus depends on
- the punctuality of delivery
- the value of the equipment C-EQ)
- number of board members with LG7
Rating
For each contract fulfilled, the group receives a closely guarded number of points depending on the value of the contract. Of course, points are also deducted if the contract is not fulfilled. These points are included in an evaluation scheme. The evaluation is displayed and has an external effect using stars File:Stars.JPG. Each filled star represents a certain number of points. There are also half-filled stars. No filled star corresponds to a negative score up to zero points. The rating is of crucial importance for awarding the type of group contract. The higher the rating, the more lucrative the contracts. But be careful, as the value increases, the risk of not fulfilling a contract also increases.The numbers are highlighted in green if the required quantity is available. Otherwise they are red!!!
When the delivery is confirmed, you receive a message with the amount of money that will be transferred:
